From the organizers:

Are you based in The Southeast or Southwestern United States?
Are you interested in or actively doing food justice or racial justice work?
Are you interested in how food and racial justice intersect in a transformative, community-centered way?
Then this is where you need to be! #share #boost #tellafriend

So mark your calendars: Come to the Uprooted & Rising (UNR) South Regional Training 2019 on Feb 22 – Feb 25 in Epes, Alabama!
This is unlike any training we have put on before, and as such, we need you to join us for the launch of our new strategy to challenge white supremacy in our food system by demanding community institutions serve the community not corporations!

Come get trained on strategies and tactics for speaking truth to power and creating sustainable change in our homes and communities! Get to know organizers, producers, students, workers, and advocates for community-respective food systems in the South!

RSVP here! bit.ly/unrsouth

Registration is sliding scale ($25-50) Housing AND Food Included
