1:30 Small Growers Food Safety Certification & GAP Intro—Neal Hargle & Dr. Kristin Woods
Food Safety Workshop participants will learn how to protect your business from liability, keep locally grown produce safe, and receive a Produce Growers Food Safety certificate.  Topics include water use, manure use, harvesting & storage, transportation, and marketing.
