Part of a series of quarterly events focusing on Gulf Seafood with presentations by local fishermen, chefs, producers, and more. This Seafood Savvy will be held at Windmill Market in Fairhope and will feature Chef Ryan Prewitt of James-Beard-Award-winning restaurant Peche in New Orleans. Doors open at 5pm, program begins at 6pm. Event is free and features complimentary hors d’oevures, and a cash bar.
