DAY 1: July 16th
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Introduction to produce safety, worker health, hygiene, and training
- soil amendments, wildlife, domesticated animals, and land use
- agricultural water (part 1 & 2)
- post harvest handling and sanitation
- how to develop a farm food safety plan
DAY 2: July 23rd
- will include a farm tour
- the location and time will be provided in class
