Tracy Britnell will discuss basic principles for developing an Edible Forest garden with a focus on creating plant guilds. Plant guilds are similar to “companion planting”. A guild consists of many different species that serve different functions and purposes. These species work together to create a mutually beneficial environment. The workshop will look at a large selection of plant materials and discuss their beneficial uses.
