The Summit is a statewide educational event (the only of its kind in Florida) geared toward farmers and the public (those who eat, cook, and grow good food) to come together and learn new skills and techniques on growing, processing, preparing and selling organic and sustainable foods, on farm and at home.
Last year we focused on farmers but this year we are adding a track for homesteaders and foodies (workshops like fermentation, backyard chicken raising, etc.). -We are also looking for a few more speakers and workshop leaders if you or anyone you know has something helpful to share with farmers, gardeners, home cooks, health-conscious folks, or food entrepreneurs.
