The next meeting of the Green Coast Council is Friday, July 31.
Rick Fredrick, the Resource Development Manager with the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program, is the speaker this month. Rick will update the Council on the work of the Mobile Bay NEP specifically in respect to the watershed management plans that are being developed for selective watersheds in Baldwin and Mobile counties (i.e. D’Olive Creek, Three Mile Creek, and Fowl River) and projects currently being implemented in several of these watersheds.
If you are interested in learning about how to join the Green Coast Council, please contact ACF Coastal Relations Coordinator Joe McEnerney: 251-990-6002 or [email protected]
