From the organizers:
Facilities/Fencing (Biosecurity): It is important for any facilities housing livestock to have proper biosecurity procedures. This will minimize the transfer of pathogens from humans to livestock and vice versa. Proper fencing techniques are used to protect and confine livestock animals, such as barriers to limit their movement.
In this workshop we will discuss ideal thermal conditions, water vapor pressure, ventilation, space requirements, air quality, vermin control, sick/ dead animal, etc.
