This workshop is being co-hosted by Path to Permaculture and EAT South and will be lead by Ms. Jayme Oates who has years of experience growing mushrooms. Upon an introduction, construction and inoculation we will conclude with a cooking demonstration by guest Chef Randy Gresham Jr from Central.
