This year’s Eat Drink Read Write festival is structured around the concept of a four course dinner and will serve up tantalizing offerings that appeal to a variety of tastes and audiences. The festival brings together food, culinary arts, and literature in an engaging format for the entertainment and enrichment of the entire community.

For this particular event, at the Central Library, patrons interested in careers in the food and culinary industries are invited to come to the library and check out ‘books’ (which happen to be humans working in the field) to ask questions and utilize as resource to consult while considering such a career or business opportunity.
Alice Evans, executive director for ASAN, will be a ‘book’.
