1:15-1:45 PM: Register and check-in
2:00 PM: Opening from Black Belt Citizens with prayer
2-3 PM: Introductions
3-5 PM: Identifying Uniontown’s Role in the Southern Peoples’ Initiative
5-6 PM Report back from groups, build movement briefing
6:00-7:30 PM: Political forum with candidates invited

This event is created to accomplish the following:
~unite Uniontown residents with political candidates at a forum for political justice
~support the most impacted residents of Uniontown and the Al Black Belt region in safe space to learn, love, and build
~identfiy the most pressing issues related to state violence, poverty & pollution, and political disenfranchisement
~develop collective strategy to improve the efforts for health & justice by community leaders and local organizations
~build a shared action plan to protect our communities from state violence by building a peoples economy and peoples democracy
