Farming 101 (St Clair Co)

This course is designed to help new and beginning farmers learn the basics of various farming enterprises, identifying government agencies for help, identifying which crops or livestock to grow, basics of marketing, how to manage farm finances and taxes, etc.  Cost is $50 for full series or $10/class.

3/9 – Small Fruit & Tree Fruit Production
3/16 – Small Scale Poultry Production
3/23 – Small Scale Livestock Production
3/30 – Vegetable Production
4/6 – Marketing 101
4/13 – Farm Financial Management & Resource Agencies
